Updated: Mar 9

Gordon & Lowman recently secured a $65,000 settlement in a trip and fall case against the City of Philadelphia. The client tripped and fell on a pothole in a Philadelphia street while making a delivery for GoPuff. The client sustained an ankle injury in the fall for which she received physical therapy and an MRI. The client successfully underwent the procedure and made a good recovery. The City of Philadelphia initially denied the claim but ultimately settled after extensive litigation.
