Jeffrey Brahin - Of Counsel

Mr. Brahin concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, corporate law, transactional real estate and general civil litigation.Mr. Brahin represents a wide variety of companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation matters which include covenants not to compete, partnership and shareholder disputes, commercial debt collection, trade name litigation, and matters involving the Uniform Commercial Code, Pennsylvania Uniform Trade Secrets Act litigation, and Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Law matters.
 

He represents numerous landlords, tenants, property management companies and condominium associations in landlord-tenant litigation, litigation regarding options, adverse possession, partition, foreclosures, mechanics’ liens, the Real Estate Seller Disclosure Act, actions to quiet title, and the Commercial Real Estate Broker Lien Act. He handles litigation throughout the eastern and central Pennsylvania region.
 

Mr. Brahin has a corporate practice which involves entity formation and dissolution, mergers and acquisitions, employment agreements, business-to-business contracts, joint venture agreements, and security agreements. He also handles commercial and real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing and financing.
 

He is a graduate of Tufts University (cum laude) and The Dickinson School of Law, and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations’ Business and Civil Litigation sections. Mr. Brahin is the course presenter for the Bucks County Business Law Institute, and is a member of the Bucks County Injunction Practices Committee. He serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and has been appointed as an arbitrator in complex commercial litigation matters by the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
 

Mr. Brahin has taught numerous courses, has served as an expert witness, and has written articles on commercial and real estate litigation.
